FirstCash Holdings, Inc. reported record revenue and earnings for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, and declared a 10% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.46 per share. The Fort Worth, Texas-based company, which operates more than 3,300 retail pawn stores, posted third-quarter revenue of $1.1 billion, an 18% increase from the prior-year period.
Chief Executive Officer Rick Wessel attributed the results to strong pawn demand, citing record pawn receivables of $908 million and double-digit increases in same-store pawn receivables and fees across all geographic segments. Wessel stated that merchandise sales channels also demonstrated strength in sales growth, margins, and inventory turnover.
The company reported third-quarter net income of $101.2 million under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), up 22% from the prior-year quarter. Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP measure, rose 15%. Diluted earnings per share increased 25% on a GAAP basis to $2.33, while adjusted diluted earnings per share grew 19% to $2.68. The acquisition of Ramsdens remains pending. Both Ramsdens shareholders and the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority approved the transaction during the third quarter. Upon completion, the deal would add more than 175 U.K. locations, expanding the store base to over 3,500 sites.
