Megan Fox has acquired an ownership stake in Subs.com, a direct-to-fan content platform co-founded by Tim Stokely, while simultaneously launching an exclusive subscription page for the service. The announcement, released on Oct. 9, marks a shift for the actress from simply sharing content to holding a business interest in the infrastructure that distributes it.

The launch coincided with a series of provocative photographs Fox shared on Instagram. In one set, described by Fox as a "neo-noir erotic thriller," she appeared emerging from dark water in a metallic swimsuit. Another series featured her posing in pink-and-black lingerie surrounded by stacks of $100 bills, with one image showing her holding cash against her face. Fox captioned the latter post, "Transmuting evil eye into abundance since 2009."

Stokely, who previously co-founded OnlyFans, clarified that Fox’s involvement extends beyond promotion. "Megan isn't simply launching a page on Subs. She has a seat at the table and is helping us build the platform," Stokely stated. Fox framed the move as a way to reclaim control over her public image, noting that women have historically been told visibility is power while others owned the platform, audience, or image. "I'm interested in what happens when women own all three," Fox said in the press release.

The debut of the page caused immediate technical issues, with several Instagram users reporting that the site was inaccessible due to high traffic. Comments on social media ranged from praise to criticism. Some followers celebrated the venture, while others questioned why Fox would embrace a platform featuring revealing photographs, given her previous public comments about being sexualized in Hollywood. One commenter wrote, "Why are we normalizing the idea that women's bodies are something people can buy OMG IM SO DISAPPOINTED."

The launch also triggered a separate controversy involving Fox's former fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly. A fabricated social media post circulated online falsely suggesting that Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, regretted their breakup after seeing the new photos. The fake message claimed Kelly was devastated and blamed himself for losing Fox. Kelly dismissed the post on X on Oct. 13, calling it fake. The pair began dating in 2020 and welcomed their daughter, Saga Blade, in March 2025 after splitting in late 2024.
