Mike Nuzzo has resigned from the KinderCare Learning Companies, Inc. (NYSE: KLC) Board of Directors, effective September 29, due to other personal and professional time commitments. The departure creates a vacancy in board leadership and triggers a specific succession for the Audit Committee head.
David Barse, who joined the KinderCare Board on August 3, replaces Nuzzo as the Head of the Audit Committee. Preston Grasty, a Senior Investment Leader at Partners Group, will also rejoin the Board effective September 29.
Tom Wyatt, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KinderCare, stated that the board and company are grateful for Nuzzo's commitment to the mission of giving children the best start in life. Wyatt expressed excitement about welcoming Grasty back to the board.
