Watts Water Technologies, Inc. has announced that Kenneth R. Lepage, the company's General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, will retire effective March 31, 2027. The departure follows more than 23 years of service with the global manufacturer. The company is currently initiating a comprehensive search for his successor.

Mr. Lepage will continue to serve in his current roles through his retirement date. He is expected to support an orderly transition of his responsibilities during this period. Robert J. Pagano, Jr., Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairperson of the Board, stated that the Board of Directors and executive leadership team thank Mr. Lepage for his leadership, sound judgment and trusted counsel.

According to Mr. Pagano, Mr. Lepage played a critical role in strengthening the company's governance, compliance, ethics and sustainability programs.
