Invesco Ltd. reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $2,537.8 billion as of September 30, 2026, marking a 0.9% decline from the prior month. The decrease highlights how market conditions and currency movements can offset inflows, leaving investors to weigh the firm's underlying client activity against external headwinds.

The asset manager attributed the drop primarily to unfavorable market returns, which reduced AUM by $16 billion. Foreign exchange movements further decreased AUM by $2.7 billion. These negative factors were partially offset by reinvested distributions totaling $0.9 billion.

Client activity presented a mixed picture for the month. Invesco experienced net long-term outflows of $1.1 billion. Additionally, money market funds saw net outflows of $5.7 billion. The firm noted that all September figures are preliminary and subject to adjustment.

For the quarter ending September 30, Invesco reported a preliminary average total AUM of $2,510.2 billion. The preliminary average active AUM for the same period was $1,246.0 billion.

Invesco serves clients in more than 120 countries and described its June 30, 2026 AUM as US$2.5 trillion in its corporate overview, though the preliminary September figure shows a slightly lower level due to the monthly changes described above.
