CECO Environmental Corp. will voluntarily transfer its primary common stock listing from the Nasdaq Global Select Market to the Texas Stock Exchange, a move the company says aligns its capital markets strategy with its operational base in Texas. Subject to customary conditions, CECO expects its shares to cease trading on Nasdaq at the market close on Friday, October 16, 2026, and begin trading on the Texas Stock Exchange at the market open on Monday, October 19, 2026.
The company’s Board of Directors approved the transfer of the common stock, which carries a par value of $0.01 per share. CECO stated that the move reflects a strategic alignment with Texas as a growing center for business, innovation, and capital markets. The company noted that it will continue trading under its existing ticker symbol, CECO, and will retain its current CUSIP. CECO Environmental said the transfer is not expected to affect its operations, financial condition, reporting obligations, or stockholders’ rights, and stockholders are not required to take any action.

He noted that CECO will become the first industrial company to place its primary listing on the Texas Stock Exchange.
