7/25/2026

(Nasdaq: VIVS) received a formal deficiency notice from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Staff on July 20, 2026, after the San Diego biotech's Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2026 showed stockholders' equity of negative $1,099,000, well below Nasdaq's $2.5 million minimum under Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).

If Nasdaq accepts that plan, the company could receive up to 180 calendar days from July 20, 2026, extending the window to January 16, 2027, to demonstrate sustained compliance.
