Ltd., announced July 28, 2026, which gives the Toronto-based company the sole right to distribute the Doublo 2.0 device across the United States and Canada.
HIRONIC is a KOSDAQ-listed South Korean company specializing in medical aesthetic devices, and Venus Concept describes itself as a global medical aesthetic technology leader.
The case for the deal is that Venus Concept gains North American distribution rights to a new device without developing it internally. That is a different commercial structure than owning the underlying product.
