SilverBox Corp IV has received notice from the New York Stock Exchange that it will be delisted because its average global market capitalization fell below the required threshold.
The company's securities, including units, Class A ordinary shares, and warrants, are suspended from trading on the NYSE effective September 25, 2026.
The staff of NYSE Regulation determined that the company failed to maintain an average aggregate global market capitalization of at least $40,000,000 over a consecutive 30-trading-day period.
This determination was made pursuant to Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual. As a result, the exchange has commenced proceedings to remove the company's listed securities.
