Real REMAX Group (NASDAQ:REAX) has scaled revenue from $122 million in 2021 to $2 billion in 2025 while building an agent network that now exceeds 36,000, a pace the company says represents more than 26% year-over-year growth as of its August 2026 earnings call.
The risk is that an 8% gross margin and a GAAP net loss of $8 million in Q2 2026 make it unclear when the platform turns profitable, and the stock has priced in substantial doubt, down 62% over the past year to $19.30 as of September 16, 2026.
The read-through on Real REMAX's model is that agent count and ancillary revenue are moving in the opposite direction from the share price.
The company's reZEN platform delivers mobile-optimized tools including mortgage brokerage, Real Wallet business banking, and the Leo CoPilot AI assistant. Ancillary service revenue grew 28% year over year.
