Hundreds of teenagers on e-bikes descended on downtown Orlando streets earlier this month, swarming intersections, running red lights, and, at one point, blocking an ambulance with its emergency lights flashing.
The Orlando Police Department arrested some riders and released the footage, drawn from bodycam and surveillance cameras, to social media. The full charge count remained unclear at the time of reporting.
What the footage captures The video, posted by Orlando police to social media, shows riders engulfing cars at intersections and physically obstructing the ambulance.
Officers appear in the same footage taking some riders into custody, recorded on both bodycam and surveillance feeds.
