InnSuites Hospitality Trust (NYSE-American: IHT) posted $597,323 in combined July hotel revenue, the highest July total ever recorded across the trust's two properties, while also disclosing in an August 14 8-K that it remains in active reverse merger discussions.
The July figure sits atop a first half that, by IHT's own account, came in strong. Total revenues for the fiscal first half of 2027, which covers February 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026, exceeded $4.1 million.
The 8-K, filed with the SEC and signed by Chairman and CEO James F. Wirth, attributes both results to hotel operations.
The governance vote Shareholders representing 7,531,295 shares attended the 2026 Annual Meeting on August 12, either in person or by proxy, providing a quorum.
