EXL loses a 20-year architect as Jetley heads to Hexaware

Vivek Jetley built ExlService Holdings' analytics capability and spent nearly 20 years leading the insurance and healthcare businesses at the core of the company's strategy.

He departs effective October 26, 2026, to become chief executive officer of Hexaware Technologies Limited.

ExlService Holdings (NASDAQ: EXLS) chairman and CEO Rohit Kapoor says the company has a deep bench of talent and will not miss a beat; that assurance is the claim the market now has to price.

Jetley's tenure at EXL covers most of the company's existence.
