Progressive Safety and Jurgiel & Associates are now part of Examinetics, a portfolio company of Overland Park, Kansas-based private equity firm Coalesce Capital.
The two transactions are the fourth and fifth Examinetics has closed to expand its safety consulting and compliance services. No financial terms were disclosed for either deal.
