The harder question is whether AI guidance that operates at the moment of decision, where an error can mean a use-of-force incident rather than a billing dispute, can be accurate enough to deploy.
The company positions Blue Voice as a "Harvey for police officers," which frames the intended model: an AI system that puts legal and policy context in front of the person making calls in the field.
