Blockchain.com's custody footprint spans three jurisdictions after Cayman VASP approval

A VASP custody license from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority gives Blockchain.com regulated standing in a third major jurisdiction, following approvals under Europe's MiCA framework and from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.

The compliance record is now substantial. What the license run has yet to show is whether custody mandates follow.

Three frameworks, one custody offering The CIMA designation is specifically a custody license, meaning Blockchain.com can hold digital assets on behalf of clients under Cayman regulatory supervision, expanding its regulated crypto services in the region.

That sits alongside MiCA authorization covering EU member states and FCA clearance for UK-facing operations.
