The company filed an 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 15, 2026, to disclose that it reconvened the meeting that day but chose to extend the delay for Proposals 3, 4, 5, and 6.
The remaining proposals had already been voted upon at the initial convening in September. The next scheduled reconvene date for the pending items is October 26, 2026.
The initial delay stemmed from the company's need to secure Nasdaq's conditional approval of an Initial Listing Application related to the proposals presented at the annual meeting.
